The inspiration behind blending Cajun and Asian flavors stems from a lifetime of culinary exploration. Growing up with parents from the American South, I savored bold, unforgettable flavors rich with history. My journey continued with eight years living in Japan, where I immersed myself in the nuanced tastes of Asia. Upon returning to Hawaii to open Caters Grill & Caters Garden Cafe, later came the perfect canvas emerged to bring those Asia incredible flavors fused together with me Cajun roots. Now I'm stepping outside the box to bring Honolulu my gourmet lunchbox.
